This is the difference between organic and regular bell peppers
Are organic fruits and vegetables healthier than regular products? The Polish research, which appeared in the Journal of the Science of Food and Agriculture in 2012, does not answer that question. But they could well be, you are inclined to say after reading.
Ewelina Hallmann, a Polish food scientist, analyzed the composition of peppers from 3 organic and 3 mainstream companies.
Organically grown peppers contain a little more vitamin C, carotenoids and phenols than regular peppers.

By the way, you shouldn't exaggerate the difference between organic and regular peppers. The effect of the cultivar - say: the type of pepper - is almost as great. Whether the relatively small differences in growing system or cultivar have an effect on health is not clear from the study.
Organic growers do not use chemical pesticides, fungicides or insecticides. Analyzes of biological products often do not involve constaminants, which is of course an advantage of biological products.
The Poles have not looked at that aspect in this study.
